Most services requested of Triad Wildlife Control require an inspection and estimate. When you first call our friendly and professional staff we will go right to work on your situation. Once we learn what your wildlife concerns are we will explain our process and an appointment is made to have one of our qualified technicians come out and visually inspect the property. Once the technician has listened to your concerns and looked everything over a full report will be written out and a quote will be given at the same time (commercial work and certain specialty estimates my require more time).
Most of our prevention work comes with a one-year extendable warranty and all written estimates are firm.

Animal Clearance Certificate
Are you selling or buying a home and an inspector noted evidence of animals? Triad Wildlife Control will perform a thorough inspection. If there is an animal problem, we will take the proper steps to remove and exclude it. We will provide an Animal Clearance Certificate upon completion.
